The Citrus Packing E-learning Course has been designed to provide learners with the opportunity to obtain a high-level understanding of all aspects of packhouse processes including how fruit is received, treated, sorted and packed, the importance of meeting market requirements, and the processes involved in maintaining traceability and food safety.

The course is aimed at those working in packhouses, both old and new, those working in citrus production that need to develop a better understanding of the rest of the system, and those working in the export supply chain to understand what happens to fruit after fruit leaves the packhouse.
