The Citrus Production E-learning Course is aimed at those who already have a basic understanding of agricultural production practices and need to expand their understanding of citrus production.
The course is aimed at those who are new to the citrus industry, and whose responsibilities require for them to have a sound understanding of the technical aspects of the citrus value system, with particular focus on the production process.
The content covered on the course includes all aspects of citrus production, including the history of the industry, the roles of industry organisations, citrus production practices, and the citrus export value chain and overview of the packing and export process.
